Terms & Conditions

Introduction
Welcome to the official website of QAS TRUST LTD. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all users, clients, and visitors of our website. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should discontinue use of our services immediately.

1. INVESTMENT

1.1 Purpose
QAS TRUST LTD offers investment opportunities that allow individuals and businesses to invest funds with guaranteed principal security and fixed returns over specified periods. The terms of each investment, including interest rates, duration, and payout schedules, will be clearly communicated to investors before any agreement is made.

1.2 Investment Terms
Investors agree to the outlined interest rates and return on investment (ROI) structure provided by QAS TRUST LTD. The investment period is fixed, and the principal remains secure under all circumstances. In the event of early pre-liquidation (termination of the investment before the agreed term), the principal is guaranteed, but a penalty may be applied to the interest accrued.

1.3 Early Pre-Liquidation
If an investor wishes to pre-liquidate their investment before the maturity date, a written notice must be provided at least five (5) days prior to the requested liquidation date. QAS TRUST LTD will process the request, and while the principal will remain intact, the Company reserves the right to impose a penalty or reduction on the interest earned up to the pre-liquidation date.

1.4 Payment of Interest
Interest is paid according to the terms agreed upon during the investment. For pre-liquidation cases, adjusted interest, minus any applicable penalties, will be paid along with the principal after the 5-day notice period has elapsed.

1.5 Risk Acknowledgment
QAS TRUST LTD guarantees the security of the principal investment at all times. While the Company takes necessary steps to ensure profitable returns, clients understand that early pre-liquidation may affect the interest earned. There is no risk of capital loss, as the principal remains fully secured regardless of market conditions or external factors.

1.6 Non-Assignment
Investors may not assign their rights or obligations under this agreement without the prior written consent of QAS TRUST LTD.

2. QUICK LOAN

2.1 Purpose
Our Quick Loan service is designed to offer short-term, fast disbursal loans for urgent financial needs. The borrower must provide accurate information during the loan application process and ensure the loan is utilized for lawful purposes only.

2.2 Loan Application & Disbursement
The loan amount, interest rate, and repayment period will be clearly communicated upon approval. The borrower must provide valid bank account details, and QAS TRUST LTD will disburse the loan to the designated account once all terms have been agreed upon.

2.3 Interest & Repayment
The borrower agrees to repay the loan within the specified period. Failure to repay on time may result in late payment charges and impact the borrower’s creditworthiness. The borrower is encouraged to repay promptly to avoid penalties.

2.4 Early Repayment
Borrowers may repay their loan early; however, QAS TRUST LTD reserves the right to charge a fee or adjust the interest rate for early repayments. Any adjustments will be communicated before early repayment is processed.

3. LEASE NOW (ASSET FINANCING)

3.1 Purpose
The Lease Now service allows clients to finance assets such as vehicles, machinery, or equipment with flexible repayment terms. The financed asset remains the property of QAS TRUST LTD until full payment has been made.

3.2 Asset Financing Terms
The borrower agrees to use the financed asset for the agreed-upon purpose and not to transfer, sell, or modify the asset without prior written approval from QAS TRUST LTD. Repayment terms, interest rates, and any associated fees will be communicated during the application process.

3.3 Ownership & Lease Terms
Ownership of the asset will transfer to the borrower once the full loan amount and interest have been repaid. Until then, the asset is under the ownership of QAS TRUST LTD, and any attempt to sell or transfer the asset will be considered a breach of the terms of this agreement.

3.4 Late Payments & Repossession
If the borrower fails to make payments on time, QAS TRUST LTD reserves the right to repossess the asset. Borrowers will be given notice of pending repossession, and failure to resolve outstanding payments will result in the loss of the asset and potential legal action.

4. PROOF OF FUNDS

4.1 Purpose
The Borrower understands that the purpose of the loan is to meet the Proof of Funds requirement for study or visa purposes. The Borrower accepts that the loan shall not be utilized for any other purpose except as outlined in these terms.

4.2 Account Opening
The Borrower agrees to open an account with the Company’s partnering bank or use an existing account for loan disbursement. The loan will be credited to this designated account.

4.3 Lien & Discharge
The Borrower authorizes the Company to place a lien on the deposited loan amount. The funds remain the property of the Company, and the Borrower cannot access or withdraw the funds. The lien will be in place until the loan period expires or is terminated.

4.4 Interest & Early Termination
All interest is paid upfront by the Borrower for the agreed loan duration. If the Borrower wishes to terminate the loan early (pre-liquidation), QAS TRUST LTD reserves the right to determine whether a refund of interest will be provided, either in full or partially, based on the discretion of the Company.

4.5 Limitation of Liability
QAS TRUST LTD is not responsible for any technical failures or delays by the partnering bank or other third parties. The Borrower agrees that delays or disruptions beyond the control of the Company do not entitle them to compensation or refund of interest paid.

5. SAVERITE (MONTHLY CONTRIBUTION SCHEME)

5.1 Purpose
SaveRite is a flexible monthly contribution plan provided by QAS TRUST LTD. It allows users to save a fixed amount monthly over a selected duration with interest returns upon maturity. It is ideal for individuals looking to build disciplined savings habits.

5.2 Contribution Terms
Clients agree to contribute the selected monthly amount over the preferred duration as specified in their application. The contribution duration must be adhered to, and defaulting on payments may lead to loss of accrued interest or discontinuation from the scheme.

5.3 Payment Schedule
Contributions are expected on or before the due date each month. QAS TRUST LTD may send payment reminders, but the obligation to pay remains with the client. Missed contributions beyond a grace period of five (5) working days may result in penalties.

5.4 Withdrawal & Payout
Clients can only withdraw their funds (principal + interest) after completing the agreed contribution period. Early withdrawal requests (before the agreed maturity) must be made in writing and may result in loss of interest or administrative charges.

5.5 Interest
Interest rates on SaveRite contributions are fixed and will be communicated at the start of the plan. Interest will be paid upon full maturity and completion of all contributions.

5.6 Termination
Clients may terminate their SaveRite plan early by giving five (5) days’ notice. However, such early termination may result in forfeiture of accrued interest or deductions as determined by QAS TRUST LTD.

5.7 Non-Transferability
The SaveRite account is personal and cannot be assigned or transferred to another party without prior written approval from QAS TRUST LTD.

6. GENERAL PROVISIONS

6.1 Limitation of Liability
QAS TRUST LTD is not liable for any losses, damages, or delays caused by technical failures, force majeure, or acts beyond its control. Clients are encouraged to promptly communicate any concerns to QAS TRUST LTD, which will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues.

6.2 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising between the parties shall be resolved amicably within seven (7) days. If unresolved, the dispute will be referred to the Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse for mediation.

6.3 Non-Disparagement
Clients agree not to disparage QAS TRUST LTD or post negative content about the Company on any social media platform during or after their business relationship with the Company.

6.4 Waiver
No waiver by the Company of any breach or default by the client shall be considered a waiver of any other breach or default. Failure to enforce any right or provision in these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

6.5 Modifications
QAS TRUST LTD reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the website or services will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

By using our website or any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
